Terms and Conditions – Take App Onboarding & E-Commerce Consulting Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the onboarding and consulting services provided by the Consultant to clients using the Take App platform.
2. Scope of Services
The Consultant provides onboarding, configuration, and advisory services for Take App. The Consultant does not own or operate Take App.
3. Pricing and Fees
All fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing will be reviewed annually. Take App subscription and transaction fees are separate and payable directly to Take App.
4. Post-Onboarding Changes
The Consultant is not responsible for any updates, additions, or deletions made after onboarding completion.
5. Additional Services
Additional services post-onboarding are available at an additional fee. Pricing details are provided separately.
6. Platform Responsibility
The Consultant does not own Take App and is not responsible for its software, updates, outages, or changes. The Consultant acts solely as an enterprise consultant.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable local laws.
9. Acceptance
By engaging the Consultant’s services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
